Salt Museum

Quaintly set on the shore of Onondaga Lake, the Salt Museum follows the birth of the salt industry and its crucial role in creating the city of Syracuse. Though only open on the weekends, this attraction has free admission and an excellent gift shop, definitely making it worth the stop on your next trip to Onondaga Lake.
